Watch order
For first time watchers, we suggest watching the original trilogy first, followed by the prequel and sequel trilogies. This order is simply known a release order. For those who already know the major spoilers such as Vader's identity, chronological order is recommended. This would be the prequels first, followed by the original trilogy and then the sequel trilogy. For fans of the television shows, a recommended watch order is provided in the image above. For those of us who would like to imagine the sequel trilogy never existed, skip those movies entirely!
