School District Information
Participation in CCS @TCNJ for transition services is intended to provide college/community-based experiences for the purpose of developing specific skills related to the student’s transition from school to adult life.
CCS@TCNJ transition services does not represent a secondary educational program and is not intended to provide all services that may be detailed in the student’s Individualized Education Program, for example "OT or PT services". The student will not matriculate into the TCNJ accredited system. An outline of transition services and expected student outcomes must be developed prior to the start of services.

- An opportunity to receive peer mentor support for both coursework and social recreation
- An educational program designed to provide vocational awareness and selection, specific skill development and on the job support
- An orientation to increased community independence through life long learning

- Assisting students with academic support
- Providing social/recreational opportunities on and off campus
