Faculty/Staff Housing Program
Survey
The TSC Corporation would like to invite all current tenants to participate in our Faculty/Staff Housing Program survey. This survey will give the Corporation an opportunity to learn about areas it can improve on. It will also give tenants an opportuntiy to give the Corporation feedback and to address any concerns at their property or within the Faculty/Staff Housing Program.
The Corporation owns single-family homes and apartments that comprise the Faculty/Staff Housing Program. Located in neighborhoods surrounding the College, faculty and staff may occupy properties in this program on a rental basis.
Eligibility
Eligibility is limited to newly-recruited faculty hired on tenure track appointments and newly-hired/appointed professional staff who meet the eligibility criteria for TSCC housing. Only direct employees of The College of New Jersey are eligible for housing. Employees of other organizations (vendors, etc.) are not eligible for Corporation housing.
Special requests for housing by existing faculty and staff will be reviewed by the President of the Corporation for consideration.
If eligible, the faculty/staff member must fill out the TSCC Housing Request Form - Faculty Staff. This application for housing does not guarantee that housing will be offered.
NEW - ALUMNI HOUSING PROGRAM
If eligible, Aumni must fill out the TSCC Housing Request Form - Alumni. This application for housing does not guarantee that housing will be offered.
