Founded in 2002, the Trentones are The College of New Jersey's first A'cappella group.

The Trentones have been featured at various events around campus from TCNJ Holiday to TCNJ's Got Talent.

Along with events through TCNJ, the Trentones have also been hired to sing at various weddings, engagements, other event receptions, and in April 2014, the Trentones opened for the Pentatonix.

The group has also traveled around the nation and been guest performers at places such as Johns Hopkins University, Lehigh University, and the Starbucks on Pennington Rd. The Trentones have semesterly performances and compete in the ICCA's annually, competing in their most recent Semi Final in 2013.
