Welcome to my web page, where you will find information about my research interests, the courses I teach, and current and former students in the lab.  As a developmental biologist I am interested in the molecular regulation of embryogenesis in vertebrates, and in particular in zebrafish.  Students who perform research in the lab have the opportunity to apply molecular biological techniques to questions about vertebrate embryology.  My primary teaching responsibilities include Developmental Biology, Genetics, and Cellular and Molecular Biology.
