Website Updates

A few changes to the overall layout and design were made. Also, changed back to manual news, as the SQL server that hosted our news does not seem to work anymore. Changes to the homepage included removal of the calendar events and addition to recent events. The news page was changed slightly as well: partial summaries were created with a picture, and individual pages were created for news events.
