Tribeta Convention

The Tri-Beta convention is coming up! As you probably have heard, TCNJ is hosting the district convention on Saturday, March 27. Students (Tri-Beta members) from 5 states will be presenting their research here. If you have done research (incuding an off-campus internship) or if you currently are doing research, please consider presenting your research at the convention. For more information about presenting at the convention, go to:

http://www.tcnj.edu/~tribeta/_convention/index.htm

If you have a poster that you presented elsewhere (such as at our December internship presentations), you may present the same poster. The presenter must be a member (Regular or Associate) in order to present, but if you are going to be inducted in April, that counts, too.

TCNJ students have a $5 presentation fee, which includes breakfast and an afternoon snack; however, it is free to come and observe. At the end of the day, Dr. Amanda Dey will give a presentation on her research on the migration of birds from South America to the Arctic.

Also, the national convention is coming up in Colorodo. The convention is from May 19th until May 23rd. If you would like more information, email Dr. Lovett here.
