has his Master's Degree in Education from Springfield College, MA. He has written and received state and federal grant funding, chaired the Central NJ Consortium, and organized three statewide peer education confrences. At TCNJ, Joe coordinates the Compulsory Education Series, CATCH, and the Alcohol/Drug Education Program (ADEP)
