The spring semester is quickly coming to a close and it is time to start planning for summer. If you are planning on taking summer courses please read further for some useful information regarding payment. Summer Payment is due on the following days:
Payment is accepted in the following ways: In person: Check or cash may be brought to The Office of Student Accounts during normal business hours. By mail: Checks may be mailed to the following address: The College of New Jersey Be sure to include the student’s TCNJ ID number on all check payments. Online: ACH (E-check) and credit card payments may be made by visiting: http://www.tcnj.edu/~sfs/account/payoptions.html . A 2.35% processing fee will be assessed. The College accepts MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Summer Payment Plan: This summer we are offering a four installment payment plan through SallieMae. If you would like to sign up for this payment plan you must contact the Office of Student Accounts at (609) 771-2172 and schedule an appointment with Mrs. Katie Caperna or Mr. Scott Sferra. The four installments are due: April 25, May 25, June 25 and July 25. There is a $45.00 enrollment (payable to The Bank of America) fee and you must also make payment to TCNJ for 10% of your summer balance at the time the plan is established. If payment for your summer course(s) is not received by the above listed due dates for each of the summer session, you will be subject to deregistration. Deregistration dates are:
If you are deregistered from any summer course(s) you must make payment in full plus a $125.00 reregistration fine in order to be allowed to register for that course(s) again. If you have applied for Summer Financial Aid and all of your aid is NOT finalized prior to the due date (s) for the session in which you are registered, you must make payment in full for that session. Once all of your Financial Aid is finalized, you will be reimbursed for any payment that is made in excess of your bill. |
