Records and Registration offers enrollment verification service...FREE!

Students, do you need proof of enrollment at TCNJ?  Does your parent's health insurance provider want proof that you are a full-time student?  Does your scholarhsip require certification that you are enrolled and matriculated at TCNJ?  Do you need to certify your enrollment status for student loan deferments, third party guarantors, or employers?

The College of New Jersey offers free enrollment verification to our students through the National Clearinghouse Student Self-Service Program.  Simply go to the Enrollment Verification link on TESS at http://tess.tcnj.edu to print a proof-of-enrollment certificate.

Steps to Enrollment Verification via TESS:

• Click on Enrollment Verification
• Log in with your ID# and PIN
• Under Student Record on the TESS menu click on Enrollment Verification.  This will link you to the National Clearinghouse.
• Please select from the following options:

  Obtain an enrollment certificate - to print out and mail to a health insurer or other company that requests proof of my enrollment

  View - the enrollment information on file with the Clearinghouse.

  View - the student loan deferment notifications that the Clearinghouse has provided to my loan holders (lenders and guarantors).

  View - the proof(s) of enrollment that the Clearinghouse has provided to my health insurers and other providers of student services or products.

  Order or track a transcript

  View - specific information about my student loans.
