Look closely at "Library Has:" This tells you all issues of Archaeology from April 1970 (vol. 23, no. 2) through October 1975 (vol. 28, no. 4) and then from January 1982 until the present are in the library in print. The hyphen after 1982 indicates the library currently subscribes to Archaeology. Current Issues are the most recent "unbound" periodicals kept in the Current Periodicals area. This is located on the 2nd Floor of the library. The periodicals in this location are also arranged by call number. (Hmmm, but what happened to 1976-1981??)
