Driving Test

Here's a driver's test for the average man.

You are driving along a two-lane country road and you pass a large sign that says:

"NO PASSING FOR NEXT TWO MILES"

You come up behind a bicycle rider.

The question is:

Do you follow this slow-moving rider for the next two miles, or do you break the law and pass the bicyclist?
