WORK AREA LAYOUT DESIGN CAD ASSIGNMENT


The "B" size drawing must contain the following items:

       1. 6 Layers (each a different color).
          Titles:
             MVIEW-it will be a blue continuous line
                   type for the MVIEW window.
                WA-it will be a red dashed line type for
                   the work area boundary.
                 0-it will be a black continuous line type
                   for general line work.
               DIM-dimension lines.
              TEXT-all lettering.
            BORDER-1/32" Pline.

       2. Title Block-must contain the following items:
             Drawing title and number.
             Scale (    = 1').
             Date.
             Name.

       3. Attributes-four tages or attributes for four of
             the work area items.

       4. Extract.txt-a complete print out of the extract.txt
             file containing each tag and every item.  

       5. General Requirement Notes-the design must be
             turned in with a copy of the hand drafted
             design on ________________.

             The CAD design must contain all of the
             information (dimensions, notes, flow lines,
             symbols, etc.) contained on the hand drafted
             design plus all noted corrections.

             Address each design item listed on the
             assignment and handout sheets.
