Returning for a third season to the Lion coaching staff is Frank Francisco, who is no stranger to TCNJ's football program. A 1965 graduate of Trenton State College, Francisco comes to TCNJ after serving as the assistant coach in charge of tight ends at Princeton University from 1996-1999.

Francisco began his coaching career in 1966 as an assistant coach at Princeton High School, and became the program's associate coach in 1973, a position he held until 1978. A former assistant coach at Princeton University, he was the offensive coordinator for the Tigers' lightweight football program for four seasons, before being named the associate head coach of the squad in 1984. He held that position for four seasons, before assuming the job as head football coach at the Pennington School from 1990-92.

Francisco returned to the Tigers' sidelines in 1993, serving as assistant coach and offensive coordinator for the lightweight football team at Princeton from 1993-95.

A 1965 graduate of TSC, Francisco holds his masters' degree from Trenton State and pursued further graduate study at Rutgers University.
