If test scores are
very good and only a few problems are worked well that is fine. However, if test grades are not consistently
very good and only a few problems are worked or the problems in general are not
worked well, this will not be fine. If a large number of problems are worked
and worked well, then the rubric score will be good regardless of test scores.
