Since this materials covers almost two entire chapters, 90 
of the 150 points will be on this part of the final examination.

Section 5.3 The Fundamental Theorems of Integral Calculus
Section 5.4 The Substitution Rule
Section 5.5 Integration by Parts
Section 5.6 Partial Fractions
Section 5.7 Integration and Differentiation (but not using Mathematica)
Section 5.8 Improper Integrals

Chapter 6

Section 6.1 The Area Between Curves
Section 6.2 The Average of a Function
Section 6.3 Further Applications to Biology
