Contacting your RCC

You can contact your RCC if you have any problems or questions you can not solve on your own. However, it is hoped that sufficient information has been provided for you on various web pages that you will be able to solve some things yourself.

If you need to get in touch with your RCC, call the HElp Desk at X????. Be sure to tell them you are having a problem with RES.net and wish to contact your residence's RCC. Leave a message with the Help Desk and it will be forwarded to your RCC.

I will do my best to contact you and/or answer your message in a timely fashion. Be sure to include:
  1. Your Name
  2. Your Campus Address, includeing building name and room number
  3. Your extension
  4. The times that you will be around in case I am not available immediately
  5. The nature of the problem
  6. If you wish, you may indicate that I reply by e-mail as opposed to showing up in person.

I will try to investigate the problem as much as possible from my location. please provide pertinent information. If necessary, I will make a "house call".

If it is necessary for me to come to your residence during a time when security is up, be prepared to wait at security and sign me in.
