Frequently Asked Questions

When is Senior Week?
Senior Week 2011 runs from Tuesday, May 10, 2011 until graduation on Friday, May 13, 2011.
How do I register?
Registration takes place online at http://tcnj.edu/~class11 Just follow the link at the top for SENIOR WEEK.
You can register until Friday March 18th by 5 p.m. unless we have reached our maximum numbers of participants.
What is price for Senior Week?
$235
What is included in the registration fee?
There is a lot included!  Your registration fee includes transportation to and from all events, housing in T/W for 3 nights, all your meals, some drinks, and admission to all events.  In addition, you’ll be taking home some great keepsakes.  Take a look at the itinerary for more details on the program.
How do you include so much for such a low price!?
We have received support from different areas of campus such as the President's Office, Division of Student Affairs, and the Alumni Association.  Additionally, we have been working on acquiring corporate sponsorships, and planning lots of fundraisers to keep the price as low are possible and keep it affordable for all Seniors. The event retails for over $550!
Can I register in the closer to date of Senior Week?
Not after the closing date of registration!  Registration is limited.
What payment methods are accepted?
The following credit cards are accepted via online registration:
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
Are there a maximum number of participants allowed?
Yes, due to occupancy limitations, there may be a limit to the number of participants for this week.  Senior Week tickets are on a first-come first-serve basis.  We will be sure to communicate this to the Senior Class if we are approaching the limit.
What if I register within the registration period but it has already reached its limit of participants?
Again, we will communicate with the Senior Class via e-mail if we are approaching the limit.  If we do reach the limit, Seniors are still encouraged to register since we maintain a wait-list.
Can I get a refund?
No, we do not offer refunds.  However, we do maintain a wait-list and will swap out participants.  You will receive more information via-email on how to swap out with someone on the waiting list.
Do you provide transportation to off-campus events?
Yes, we provide transportation to Philadelphia, Casino Pier, and Katmandu.
If I don’t register for the week, can I attend some of the events?
No, only Senior Week participants are allowed to attend our events.  Participants will receive wristbands and will need to be on the list in order to get on busses and attend events.  Additionally, events at venues such as the The Fieldhouse, Katmandu, and Casino Pier are open exclusively to participants and the venues will not allow other people to attend, even if they are TCNJ Seniors.
Do I have to be 21 years old to participate?
Yes, since there is alcohol served at Senior Week events, all participants must be 21 years old. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for Seniors that will not be 21 at the time for Senior Week.
I'm part of the Class of 2011, but I'm a few credits behind and won't graduate until next semester. Can I still participate in Senior Week 2011?
Absolutely.  As long as you're over 21 years old, you can participate in the program. TCNJ students may only attend the Senior Week program once throughout their time at TCNJ.
Do I get to pick who I want to live with?  How about who is in the rooms around me?
Yes!  You get to request both your roommate and those who live in rooms around you.  During registration, you can pick a “Dream Team,” all of which live in nearby rooms.  Roommates must be of the same sex.
What is a Dream Team?
A Dream Team is the group of people who you want to live with!  You and your friends should think of a creative name (i.e. “T8 Crew” or “Ewing Kids”) and then all request the same Dream Team when registering. At all times, if possible, Dream Teams will be placed on the same floor at Senior Week or adjoining floors.
What if I want to switch my roommate preference or Dream team after I submit my registration?
We hopefully have got you covered! Just send an email to class11@tcnj.edu to request a change. We can't make any guarantees, but we'll certainly try our best.
What if I live off campus and still have my house during Senior Week? Do I have to  live in the dorms?
If you choose to participate, you may not live anywhere else but the dorms during the duration of Senior Week. This is a Senior Week Policy that you agree to when you register.

What if I have an allergy, special need, or special dietary request?
It’s no problem at all, just make sure you note this on your registration and we’ll be glad to accommodate any type of need you may have!
How many meals will I get?
Senior Week provides you with meals at all our events - starting with the Fiesta on Tuesday until breakfast on Friday morning right before Commencement.  We'll even provide late night snacks when you return to the residence halls at night!
